Prefer a private vibe? Check out our 2-story buildings with private entries, offering studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and even spacious 3-bedrooms. Bonus: the 2- and 3-bedroom units in these buildings come with an attached garage.

We’re all about flexibility! Right now, you can sign up for a lease anywhere between 6 and 15 months. Pick what works best for your schedule—we’ve got you covered.

Parking stress? Not here! All our resident parking is reserved just for you. Some units come with an attached garage (lucky you!), but if yours doesn’t, no worries—you can choose outdoor parking, indoor parking, or a detached garage. Whatever fits your ride and your life!

Let’s break it down: outdoor parking is just $45/month—super affordable, right? Indoor parking runs $90/month, and if you want a detached garage for that extra space, it’s $125/month. Pick what suits you best!

Good news, pet lovers—The Reef is totally pet-friendly! You can bring up to 2 furry friends along. There’s a $50/month pet fee per pet, and while we don’t fuss about weight for dogs, we do have some breed restrictions. Want the full scoop? Oh, you’re in for a treat! At The Reef, you’ve got a 24-hour coffee bar (caffeine anytime!), a 24-hour fitness center to keep you moving, and a stunning indoor clubroom in our clubhouse—perfect for hosting your next party. Outside, we’ve got a big pool, a patio with a gas grill, and a fire pit for those chill nights. Plus, our dog park is a hit with the pups.

Let’s keep it simple: there’s a half month’s rent security deposit to get started, a one-time $200 admin fee, and if you’ve got pets, a $100 pet deposit. That’s it—transparent and straightforward so you can plan ahead!
